Christmas Lights: common questions
How many lights do I need for a tree?
A common guide is 100 lights per foot of tree height for a full look, and fewer for a softer one. A 7-foot tree usually takes 700 lights.
Can I use indoor lights outside?
Only use lights rated for outdoor use outside. The product page lists whether a set is indoor, outdoor or both.
Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses in the United States. Gifts ship directly to you, and you'll see the shipping cost at checkout before you pay.
Can I return a gift?
Yes. You have 30 days after delivery, and anything delivered between November 1 and December 24 can come back until January 15. If you just changed your mind, you cover return shipping. If it arrives damaged or wrong, returning it is free.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We email tracking as soon as each item ships. If your order has several items, they can show up in separate packages, each with its own tracking.
