Real Christmas trees, delivered
A real tree is the part of Christmas people remember. These are balsam and Fraser firs, from a 3 foot tabletop tree up to 9 feet, cut fresh and shipped to your door.
Cutting starts in mid-November and shipping by FedEx runs through late December. You get a tracking number before it ships, and if it doesn't arrive in the condition it left the farm, you get a free replacement.

Real Christmas Trees: common questions
When should I order a real Christmas tree?
Live trees are cut and shipped in the weeks before Christmas, so order early in the season. Each product page lists the ship window and the tracking details.
How long does a fresh-cut tree last?
With fresh water every day and a stand away from heat, a cut tree usually stays fresh for several weeks.
Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses in the United States. Gifts ship directly to you, and you'll see the shipping cost at checkout before you pay.
Can I return a gift?
Yes. You have 30 days after delivery, and anything delivered between November 1 and December 24 can come back until January 15. If you just changed your mind, you cover return shipping. If it arrives damaged or wrong, returning it is free.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We email tracking as soon as each item ships. If your order has several items, they can show up in separate packages, each with its own tracking.
