Artificial Christmas Trees: common questions
What does pre-lit mean on a Christmas tree?
Pre-lit trees come with lights already wired into the branches, so there is nothing to untangle. The listing gives the number of lights and bulb color.
What tree height should I choose?
Measure your ceiling and subtract about a foot for the topper. A 7.5-foot tree fits most standard 8-foot ceilings.
Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses in the United States. Gifts ship directly to you, and you'll see the shipping cost at checkout before you pay.
Can I return a gift?
Yes. You have 30 days after delivery, and anything delivered between November 1 and December 24 can come back until January 15. If you just changed your mind, you cover return shipping. If it arrives damaged or wrong, returning it is free.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We email tracking as soon as each item ships. If your order has several items, they can show up in separate packages, each with its own tracking.
