1. About these terms
Welcome to Christmas Gift Market. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Shipping Policy, our Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Who we are
Christmas Gift Market is an online gift store. Many products are made and shipped directly by independent brands we partner with. We handle your order, payment, and customer support.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, including shipping addresses.
4. Products, prices, and availability
We work to show accurate product descriptions, photos, prices, and availability, but mistakes can happen. Colors may look different on different screens. Prices and availability can change without notice. If an item is priced incorrectly or becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.
5. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, limit, or cancel any order, for example if an item is out of stock, a pricing error occurs, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, you will receive a full refund.
6. Personalized items
When you personalize an item, you are responsible for the spelling and content you enter. Please check it carefully before placing your order. We may refuse personalization that is offensive, unlawful, or infringes someone else's rights. Personalized items are made to order and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what you entered.
7. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Shopify. We do not store your full card details. You agree that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
8. Shipping and delivery
Shipping costs and delivery details are shown at checkout. Items from different brands may arrive in separate packages. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for details, including holiday ordering guidance.
9. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.
10. Gift purchases
If you buy a gift, returns and refunds go back to the original purchaser and original payment method unless we agree otherwise.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to break its security, scraping it at scale, placing fraudulent orders, or using it for anything unlawful.
12. Intellectual property
The site's design, text, and our own images belong to Christmas Gift Market or our partners. Brand names and product images belong to their respective owners. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
13. Product safety and use
Follow the maker's instructions, age recommendations, and safety warnings for every product, especially toys, electronics, candles, and anything used by children.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Christmas Gift Market is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
15. Disputes
If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first so we can try to fix it. These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Christmas Gift Market is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
